Tex Mexican Cornbread With Beef and Sour Cream

This is one of those stand-past, ever pop recipes that I've had in my arsenal since I was a sprightly young newlywed.

Ingredients

How to Make It

  • 1 loving cup salsa
  • 2 tablespoons Homemade Taco Seasoning, OR ane package store-bought taco seasoning

  • 2 cups frozen corn, thawed
  • 1 tin can (2.25-ounces) sliced black olives, drained

  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (4-ounces) diced light-green chiles
